DayPace

Terms of Use

Last updated: May 22, 2026

These terms apply to your use of DayPace. By using DayPace, you agree to these terms and to any applicable App Store terms.

The App

DayPace helps you track work and break time from iPhone and Apple Watch, review your day as a timeline, back up your records with iCloud, and export your data.

License

DayPace is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate custom license is shown in App Store Connect, DayPace is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license for DayPace-specific features, subscriptions, support, and data handling.

DayPace Pro Subscriptions

DayPace Pro may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Available plans, prices, trial eligibility, renewal periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and in the App Store purchase sheet.

If your subscription expires, DayPace may keep existing history readable and exportable while limiting new tracking or editing features.

Your Data

You are responsible for maintaining access to your devices, iCloud account, exported backups, and Apple account. DayPace includes backup and export tools, but no backup system is guaranteed to be error-free. Keep your own exports if your work records are important.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse DayPace, interfere with the App Store purchase flow, attempt to bypass subscription access controls, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.

No Professional Advice

DayPace is a personal productivity and time tracking tool. It is not payroll, legal, accounting, tax, labor compliance, or employment advice.

Availability and Changes

DayPace may change over time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. Some features depend on Apple services such as iCloud, WatchConnectivity, and the App Store, and those services may be unavailable or behave differently across devices and regions.

Warranty Disclaimer

DayPace is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DayPace and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
